Fast paced local company is searching for an HR Assistant for their Tampa office.  This position is paying $15.00 and up based on experience.  The company offers outstanding benefits.Ideal candidate would have excellent administrative skills and have some HR experience.  This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in an HR office but wants to begin a career in HR.

Top Job Duties:

1.) Enter in new hires while working in their HRIS system (Web based)
2.) Entering in updates or changes of employee information
3.) Handling questions about payroll within new system, with employees
4.) Daily admin work of maintaining payroll system.
5.) Clerical work on behalf of the Director of Human Resources
6.) No recruiting in this role but will help with onboarding
7.) Managing unemployment claims/issues.
8.) Open enrollment, benefits, filing, maintain employee’s records/files.
