Who You’ll Work With
You will be a part of our Human Resources Operations Team based in our Tampa Service Center located in St. Petersburg, FL. The St. Petersburg-based HR Operations Team is a part of the People Operations function that provides operational support to Human Resources, Recruiting, Professional Development and Talent Management. The centralized HR Operations team provides end-to-end HR support, as well as thought partnership on specialized topics like onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and leaves of absence.You will be responsible for managing our client screening responsibilities in the Americas in close collaboration with office-based HR teams, client service teams, people legal, contracts and client representatives. You will work collaboratively with firm leaders, client service professionals, firm contracts and firm legal to mitigate risk and ensure compliance in the client screening space. You will be responsible for maintaining current client screening processes and supporting the implementation of new client screening processes.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for leading client-required screening processes for colleagues primarily based in the United States.You have responsibilities that include, but not limited to, maintaining operational processes for clients that already have defined processes and developing operational processes for new clients that surface and have screening requirements outlined in the MSA/SOW. You will also serve as a primary thought partner to global HR community members looking for guidance with local client screening requirements as needed.You will manage and support multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often of varying degree and difficulty, with differing levels of priority. Some projects may be outside of the scope of this job description but connected to client service and screening requirements (e.g. internal SOC audits, client-required CV-19 testing processes).
