Responsibilities include:

  • Promptly responding to employee relations matters and inquiries, and providing guidance when necessary.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, driving enthusiasm and energy throughout the organization by administering employee engagement, reward and recognition programs.
  • Manage all day-to-day aspects of the company’s benefit programs and support the annual renewal and open enrollment process.
  • Oversee the workflow, reporting and data integrity of HR Information Systems (HRIS). Participate in strategic department projects, initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years Human Resource Generalist experience, PHR Certification required
  • Comfortable working within the HRIS system, in addition to MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
