Position Summary

The Sr. Human Resource Manager is responsible for recruiting and screening candidates, managing payroll, benefits and, compensation. United Group Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer, the Sr. HR Manager will be responsible for compliance with all laws and regulation.

Responsibilities and Duties

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct entire hiring process on behalf of the company. This includes, but not limited to, recruitment, screening, conducting interviews, assisting upper management with conducting final interviews, documentation and compliance training that meets company guidelines and expectations.
  • Ability to learn and understand company operations within designated training period.
  • Reprimand employees failing to meet company expectations and recognize those who are succeeding.
  • Electronic documentation management.
  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Qualifications

This position requires a Bachelors in Human Resources or a related field plus a minimum of 4 years of hiring and administrative support experience. Knowledge of all federal, state and local laws such as equal opportunity or, any regulators hiring companies are subject to.

Preferred Qualifications

4-5+ years of professional administrative experience including hiring and training new employees. A background in real estates is a major plus. Positive and upbeat person who can rally a crowd.
