Qualifications and Skills Minimum Qualifications This position requires a Bachelors in Human Resources or a related field plus a minimum of 4 years of hiring and administrative support experience. Knowledge of all federal, state and local laws such as equal opportunity or, any regulators hiring companies are subject to. Preferred Qualifications 4-5+ years of professional administrative experience including hiring and training new employees. A background in real estates is a major plus.
