Basic Functions
- Serves as subject matter expert for HRIS and human capital data reports, responding timely to requests for information and providing assistance to managers.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition Team to coordinate pre-employment process including new hire paperwork, pre-employment drug testing, E-Verify and background/reference checks.
- Administers the recruitment/application tracking systems. Works with Talent Acquisition Team on upgrades and implementation of process improvements.
- Coordinates the Leave of Absence process including associate intake, leave eligibility, leave tracking and associate return to work procedures. Supports Senior HR Business Partner with overall leave administration procedures, issue resolution and third-party vendor relationship.
- Works with Senior HR Business Partner to administer the ADA accommodation process. Works with associates, management team and third-party vendors to process accommodation requests.
- Effectively coordinates the unemployment claims process to ensure favorable outcome for COMPANY. Compiles detailed documentation and forwards to third-party vendor on a timely basis. Works with HR Business Partner to generate and distribute unemployment claims reports.
- Coordinates worker’s compensation process, including completion of First Notice of Injury and associate medical treatment. Works with Risk Manager on obtaining claim and return to work information.
- Conducts monthly New Associate Engagement Survey for newly hired associates and compiles survey responses. Works with Senior HR Business Partner to compile quarterly report of survey results for management and actions items identified from survey results.
- Works with HR Director on special projects, reports and dashboards relating to human capital data and HR initiatives.
- Serves as back up for other HR functions as deemed necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
Education
- Required: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Desired: BA/BS
Work Experience
- Required: 1-3 years prior experience as an HR generalist or HRIS administrator. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Desired: Prior experience in a specialty HR area (e.g. Employee Relations, Recruitment, etc); prior Healthcare experience
Licenses/Certifications
- Desired: PHR or SPHR certification
