Department: Human Resources – Operations

Salaried/Exempt

Evaluates, analyzes, designs, and maintains company Human Resources Systems. Assists in identifying new HR needs and the software products to fulfill these needs. Makes alterations to existing programs to gather and report data as necessary.

Essential Functions:

  • Produces and distributes regularly scheduled reports.
  • Executes regularly scheduled Payroll and Benefits interfaces.
  • Assists with any HR Systems special projects through report creation, documentation, business requirement definition, data entry or other tasks in conjunction with Sr Analysts.
  • Produces ad-hoc reports from multiple platforms as necessary.
  • Assists in the preparation and delivery of presentations to various groups within the business.
  • Performs special projects as needed.

Education:  Bachelor’s degree required

Experience:  2 – 4 years of experience working with HRIS systems and HR databases.

Technical Skills/Requirements:  SQL, programming
