Growing manufacturing company, looking to expand internationally, is seeking a HRIS Analyst. The HRIS Analyst will provide technical advice, guidance, and support to the corporation in the utilization of HRIS systems. They will participate in the testing and troubleshooting of HRIS systems, analyze end users data needs and develop user-oriented solutions, which interface with existing applications.

The HRIS Analyst will be a key technical liaison between Human Resources and Information Technology and they will provide technical expertise, problem resolution and support in the design and development of specialized human resources queries and reports in a range of computer programming and software applications. They will assist in developing training plans, materials, and documentation.

Skills / Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Information Systems is required.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience with HRIS systems is required and experience with international HR reporting is highly preferred.

Experience with mergers and acquisitions, ERP upgrades and/or conversions are highly desired.

Must have a solid understanding of the systems development process and HR business processes including Payroll and Benefits Administration.

Must have proven ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Additional skills include analytical aptitude, troubleshooting, communications skills – verbal & written and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must have the ability to effectively present information to all levels of the company and to effectively translate customer requirements accurately.
