Lennar, one of America’s leading homebuilders, is currently seeking an HR professional to join our team as Human Resources Administrator. You should have the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and possess a thorough knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll processes. The HR Admin acts as the division liaison to Regional HR, Risk Management, Payroll and Benefits Departments and assumes a variety of responsibilities and manages the day-to-day office functions. As Human Resources Administrator, you will be expected to
- Handle general associate questions pertaining to company policies, procedures, and benefits programs
- Process all pre-authorizations, new-hire, and associate separation paperwork
- Provide HR policy and procedure guidance to division to ensure compliance
- Coordinate all Annual Compensation Review requirements
- Conduct all new-hire orientations and forward paperwork to Regional HR
- Liaison between Division and Region HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Risk Management
- Report injuries or violations to Corporate
- Maintain associate files – heavy filing
- Coordinate temporary departmental needs with Staffing Agencies
- Input timecards and time-off request data on attendance tracking system for Field and Sales associates

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 3 years minimum experience in HR
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- High Sense of Urgency
- Ability to respond to associate requests/questions in a professional and timely manner
- Must maintain confidentiality of all associate issues (i.e. compensation, performance reviews, counseling notices, promotions, etc.)
- Familiarity with general payroll systems, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented team player with strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task and handle fast-paced work environment
