Florida Commercial Care, a commercial landscape industry leader for over 26 years, is looking for a driven experienced Administrative Assist for Human Resources that is reliable with an excellent work ethic.
Position responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Filing and other clerical duties as assigned
Assist manager with various duties including:
- Time clock and reporting
- Workman’s Comp
- Incident Claims
- New Hires
- Terminations
Requirements and special qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years Administrative experience
- MS Office required
- Excel experience
- Familiarity with basic office equipment, including, but not limited to computer, copier, multi-line phone system
- Time management skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs as well as the ability to quickly adapt to unfamiliar software
- Multi-tasker
- Strong written and oral communication
- Must be dependable and detail oriented·
