A local Tampa company is searching for an HR Generalist to with the following.

Develop communication materials for open benefit/enrollment
Create forms, compile data, prepare letter and compensation statements
FMLA leaves
Light onboarding
Editing, creating SharePoint documents
Tracking PTO
Assist new travel & credit card vendors
Payroll, filing, scanning, faxing
Creating PDFs
Edit presentations

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR experience and be able to work independently in a fast paced, business casual environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, have good writing & grammar skills and will have a positive attitude. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity that will pay up to $18.00 per hour depending on experience. The candidate must be able to complete a background check prior to starting this position.
