We are currently seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Coordinator in the Service Industry. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full life cycle recruiting process for local job openings. You will provide guidance and support to hiring Drivers, Lead Drivers, Supervisors and manage the candidate experience.

General duties and responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruiting for the company’s open position
  • Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, conducting Zoom calls, coordinate orientation schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process
  • Successfully track progress on requisitions and candidates within Microsoft Excel
  • Onboard new hires in a classroom setting
  • Input new-hire paperwork into payroll system
  • Maintain a focus on the marketplace and communicate market intelligence as appropriate
  • Manage special projects as needed to improve the overall functionality of the Recruiting Organization
  • Submit and track requests for background checks

Educational Requirements:

  • Some college coursework in Human Resources is preferred. This is an exceptional employment opportunity for a someone looking to begin a career in Human Resources and Recruiting

Requirements:

  • Bilingual a plus
  • 1 to 3 years of recruiting experience a plus)
  • General knowledge, skills and abilities: Knowledge of HR policy and procedure as well as federal and state laws regarding employment practices a plus
  • Skill in the use of Microsoft Office, recruiting and HRIS software
  • Ability to be well organized and to perform under minimal supervision
  • Ability to be successful in a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
