A well established business in central Pinellas county is searching for a vibrant, friendly and detail oriented Human Resource Manager for their facility. Ideally a person with a PHR or SPHR designation is preferred.
Responsibilities:
– Drives a positive corporate culture
– Connects with the employees to stay abreast of any on going issues/challenges the company is facing. Act as a bridge between management and staff
– All general HR compliance issues
– Recruiting, on boarding, training, benefits set up
– Handles all Work Comp claims
– Other duties as assigned
