This position is a hybrid position that blends the duties of a Real Estate Admin, Listing Assistant and Licensed Real Estate Agent. Pay will be $13/hour plus bonus.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to help facilitate simple administrative duties of a real estate office including playing the role of a listing assistant to the lead Realtor and a buyer’s agent.
Job Responsibilities:
- Go on appointments with Lead Realtor and assist in taking photos
- Fill out MLS Listing Sheet
- Input Listings into MLS
- Create Flyers
- Create Neighborhood Mailing Lists
- Answer incoming calls, send response emails and assist with the showing of properties.
- Schedule All Open Houses
- Follow Up With Realtors from Supra
- Provide support to agents and brokers during the sales process, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and sending emails.
- Produce listing marketing materials (printed collateral, websites, etc.) and assist with social media campaigns
- Assist with showings, open houses/broker events
- Administrative duties, to include copying, answering the phone, filing, and sending/receiving emails
- Manage all leads in contact database system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications.
- Identify homes that meet prospective buyers’ home search criteria, schedule showings, and help the refine their criteria.
- Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home buying process.
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
- Write and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers and oversee the entire process to close.
- Drive with or alongside buyer clients to provide access and view homes
- Answer client’s questions, help them narrow down their search, and relay relevant information and feedback to the buyer agent.
- Promote team concept by assuring clients that the buyer agent is well-informed and involved in every step of the process
Requirements:
- Real estate license.
- Have reliable transportation.
- An upbeat attitude and willingness to work hard to help clients achieve their goals.
- Track record of success in customer service field.
- Personable attitude with superior customer service skills.
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent, or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently with little management involvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
