Implementation Manager:
This position is part of the operations team in the organization, whose  primary responsibility is related to conversion of clients to the  Compass product.

The individual will be able:

  • to multi-task with meeting  timetables,
  • customer goals,
  • act as subject matter expert (SME) within  the HRIS product
  • transition the client from sales into service & support.

The candidate oversees Implementation Specialists, as  they work with the customer service team, sales and account management  to ensure the implementation is a success, and manage the process  involved.

Position Description:

• Adapts to systems and terminology quickly
• Understanding of HR and Payroll industry a plus
• Listens carefully, with the ability to document and manage information carefully
• Gathers data to contribute to the development of business plans and strategies
• Communicate with clients, and work with account management of future opportunities
• Excellent communicator and writer
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, hands-on environment
• Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals
• Ability to coach and develop a successful team

Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of customer service or operations related experience
• 2 to 5 years of Implementation or client system conversion experience within payroll
• Experience with leading people and/or cross-functional teams
• Detail oriented
• Manage budgets and resources, and have the ability to prioritize projects and deliverables
• Some travel may be necessary for client conversions, but all situations will be considered
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• PHR, SPHR and/or CPP certifications desired

Additional Skills:
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions, and Internet Browsers (Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Chrome)
• HR systems experience in ADP, Paychex, Ceridian, or Mangrove Software a plus
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office, with high proficiency in Excel
• Use of SharePoint, MS Visio and/or MS Project a plus
