National Asset Protection Agency is a full-service property preservation company based out of Tampa, FL. Our clients consist of banks, investment groups, & non-profit organizations.
Currently, we are in search of an In-House Crew Member in St. Petersburgh, FL. This will be a direct hire (W2) position to work as a full-time crew member.
The position requires full-time availability, Monday thru Friday starting at 6:30 am until all work orders have been completed for each day.
This individual will be handling any and all renovation, maintenance, and property preservation needs, as directed by our Asset Managers and their clients.
**Please note that transportation, gas, trailer, tools, equipment, and supplies are provided.**
Preferred experience:
– Experience in handyman, landscaping, and the construction industry
Required:
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
- Candidates must pass a drug and background check
- Must be a team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Must be physically capable of lifting objects up to 50 pounds
Duties:
- Perform handyman services with some skilled labor involving roof tarping, pool, door, and window boarding, and securing of
properties
- Maintaining an organized and tidy truck, trailer, and storage area, along with the quality of the equipment provided
- Minor landscaping, such as grass cuts and shrub trimming
- Executing debris removals and cleaning services
