As an Education Advisor you would be taking inbound calls for qualified individuals seeking out more information about education and schools. The main objective is to match those potential students with schools.
We are looking for individuals to start immediately in the Tampa/Clearwater and surrounding areas. The position is primarily a remote work at home position. However, we will require on occasion some work to be done in office.
Opportunities for promotion are also available in several departments within the company. All promotions are jobs performed in the office and not at home.
Duties: – Receive inbound calls from potential students – Maintain potential students’ information in database – Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership of the calls – Working knowledge of VOIP dialing software – Ability to recognize user control problems versus tech problems – Ability to learn new software quickly – Adhere to designated schedule Skills: – Previous Customer Service experience (preferred) – Previous Call Center experience (preferred) – Ability to multi-task – Excellent written and verbal communication – Ability to build relationships – Must be a great listener Requirements: – Must have high speed internet meeting minimum upload/download speeds – Must have a designated place free of distraction to work from home – Must have personal computer/laptop – Fast learner – Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include some nights and weekends
