Primary role is to work with Tech Leads and Project manager to ensure all termed PCs are returned to Hewlett Packard Financial Services on time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with customer to deploy and setup new PC and gather old PC and equipment
  • Coordinates with Desktop Fulfillment Logistic lead to ensure you have proper accessories to ship (keyboard, mouse, dock, A/C adapters, cables, etc.)
  • Deploy PC to the customer (Physically or ship)
  • If shipping PC alert the proper Field Tech for the assigned office; field techs can be located on the offices worksheet
  • Returns old PC to Desktop Fulfillment team and closes ticket – responsible that all refreshed equipment is returned and will sign-off in the ticket stating the equipment is returned to Desktop Fulfillment team
  • Assist Lease Term Tech Leads to assign assets and install custom software and printers as needed
