The Inside Channel Account Manager is responsible for cultivating new business relationships, generating sales and to support channel partners as a member of our channel sales team. The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a dynamic, high growth industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key pint of contact for multiple newly developing channel partner accounts
  • Establish, develop and manage relationships with channel partners
  • Follow up on corporate level lead generation activity to manage leads
  • Take the initiative to thoroughly learn the market as well as products and services
  • Use knowledge of company products and services to provide partners with information and promote product sales
  • Provide ongoing support and act as a liaison to the CAM
  • Identifying prospective customers and working with channel partners to assist with sale.
  • Performs other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Strong prospecting, qualifying, and closing skills
  • Proven track record in inside sales with meeting or exceeding goals
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Successful quota-carrying experience within inside corporate sales
  • Detailed oriented, well organized, punctual, and must be able to keep up-to-date records on accounts and opportunities.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5yrs + of professional business-to-business inside sales experience
  • Must have some technical sales experience including advanced working knowledge of Windows and the Internet
  • Should be a team player with excellent communication/written skills
