Inside Sales Agent, Real Estate
Full Time position available in our Brandon, Keller Williams office. Salary (plus commission) in real estate serving as an Inside Sales Agent. This role involves leadership, management, a great eye for detail, a strong commitment to systems, and a friendly demeanor on the phone.

Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee the systems and protocol for the customer and client experience
- Manage agents to ensure they are delivering quality service throughout the transaction
- Manage the customer experience by serving as a concierge for potential home buyers and sellers through phone calls, emails, and text messages
- 60 percent of the job is done over the phone
Qualifications:
- Confidence on the phone
- Must be a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent or willing to get licensed
- Must have a history of sales success
- Passion for helping others
- Enthusiastic and Energetic
- Detailed and Organized
- Flexible
- Seeks personal growth through education and trainings.
- Exceeding significant daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and sales quotas
- Ability to use Google Apps/Calendar, real estate specific CRM, Multiple Listing Service, and other technologies as needed
