Purplebricks, the fastest growing, global, “Flat Fee – Full Service” brokerage is seeking Customer Service and Sales Professionals to join our fun, hardworking Central Real Estate Team, who work from home but be included in weekly calls and monthly meetings with the FL team.
We call you our “Central Real Estate Experts” and you work to help grow our business by gaining new customers for our real estate agents and to astound existing customers with effective resolution, proactive account management, and customer education.
You will interact with customers via the phone, email and live chat. Our Experts demonstrate world-class skills in courtesy, concern, timely resolution, relationship building, and knowledge of our processes and products. To be successful in this role, your warm, personable phone presence will be key to getting callers excited about working with Purplebricks and ensure that our existing customers feel confident and reassured at all times.
What you’ll do in your role.
- Receive a steady stream of prospective clients via email, phone, and chat (no cold calling)
- Create an exceptional customer experience while responding to all inquiries in a timely fashion
- Understands customer needs and determine the appropriate course of action to meet those needs
- Educate customers on our value proposition
- Conduct lead follow up and nurture leads until appointments are scheduled
- Schedule appointments for home sellers and buyers
- Earn bonuses for new customers you gain for Purplebricks
- Earn bonuses for delivering exceptional service to our callers
The experience you’ll bring.
- An active real estate license and some experience in the field required
- Experience working in an office; inside sales/contact center preferred
- Ability to multitask by talking with customers while conducting research online/preparing emails etc
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other software applications
What do we offer.
- $18.00 – $20.00 hourly plus bonuses; Earn up to $45,000 per year
