Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary

Team members work within the greater Tampa Bay area and your focus will be to talk directly to sellers via inbound and outbound, find their motivation, follow up on leads and set appointments from provided leads and self-driven leads.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Inbound/Outbound Calls
- Call back potential leads and set appointments
- Minimum of 2 qualified appointments set daily
- Set appointments between the homeowner and our Acquisitions team
- Follow up on all leads
- Confirm appointments with sellers
- Schedule properly based on distance and time
- Create and Track Support Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Some Administrative tasks
Qualifications and Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Coachable
- Accountable, reliable, and punctual
- Effective communication skills
- Goal Oriented
- Helpful if you have experience in an outside capacity
- Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, Customer Service, Sales experience all a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
Experience:

- Spanish & English Language (Preferred)

- High school or equivalent (Required)
