Inside Sales Representative, Tampa, CSI Companies (construction/industrial equipmt)

> The CSI Companies is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Tampa, FL. Our client is looking for someone with a “customer service attitude” and experience with construction or industrial equipment.
>
> This position is contract to hire paying $15-$16 per hour during the contract period and $35,000 – $40,000 once permanent. The hours are Monday – Friday, flexible between the hours of 9 AM – 6:30 PM.
>
> Responsibilities:
>          Provide exemplary customer service
>          Inside sales, must be very comfortable on the phone
>          Process sales and rates in compliance with company policies
>          Document all interaction in computer system
>          Manage client relations
>          Provide information to customers
>          Negotiate prices
>          Identify leads for new business and communicate to the appropriate field personnel
>
> Qualifications:
>          Must have high school diploma, college experience preferred
>          Must have strong knowledge of construction or industrial equipment
>          Sales experience preferred
>          Must be computer proficient
>          Must be able to pass background check
