Do you have excellent communication skills and love to talk on the phone? Local Tampa Bay company seeking 2 Inside Sales/Account Managers for local office. Ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and comfortable with inside sales. Must be driven and goal-oriented!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Take inbound calls (10-20 a day)
- Make outbound calls (50-70 a day)
- Inbound/Outbound emails
- Take orders and enter into ERP system
- Take customer credit card information when an order is placed
- Multiple shifts available, 8-5pm or 11-8pm.
