Job Details: If you are an Instructional Designer with strong Captivate experience, please read on! For the past 40 years, we have been global leader in online education. We have assisted dozens of universities in expanding enrollment and allowing students of all ages to further their education and pursue their goals. Booming growth and companywide success has allowed us to expand our team by adding ten Instructional Designers to our Tampa office. We are looking for qualified candidates to start immediately, so anyone with minimum Captivate experience should apply ASAP.
What You Will Be Doing
- Create degree and certificate courses from inception to completion, in conjunction with partner organizations.
- Manage multiple projects at any given time.
- Plan, organize and conduct video shoots and create post production media.
- Build course elements and websites.
What You Need for this Position
- Minimum two years of experience as an Instructional Designer.
- Strong Adobe Captivate experience (7 or higher).
- Strong understanding of best practices such as Bloom’s Taxonomy and adult learning principles.
- Prior experience writing strong web based training content.
