I own an insurance search firm and thought I would reach out to you, to see if you might know of an experienced insurance manager, who could have an interest to work for a wholesale brokerage firm in Boston?  This role would involve representing the company related all professional liability insurance, manage sales/marketing, brand management, partner with the underwriting team and negotiations with all commercial insurance related to commercial professional liability and property/casualty.  The duties would be quite varied and projects very different in each situation, being the team leader for all sales and marking for this practice area.

This role would manage the negotiations and partner with agents/brokers, with regional travel to client’s offices, but you would also have the opportunity to split your time working from home as well as in the office.
It would suit someone “looking to be a bigger fish in a smaller pond.”
The person would ideally be an insurance broker, who probably has at least
10 years+ of experience within the professional liability or property and casualty sector, with proven business development/marketing skills.

The role would be physically based in their Boston offices and the company is in a very strong position financially, with the position will pay a total compensation salary range of $125-150K (potentially more).
