Patina is looking for an Interim Chief Accounting Officer for a west coast property management company. Initially, the candidate could be located anywhere but must be willing to spend three days per week at the company location. Ideally, the right candidate would be willing to move if the position was a fit for a longer-term position.
The key characteristics are:
- Highly experienced Chief Accounting Officer
- Real estate experience is highly preferred and the ideal candidate must have an understanding of accounting software typically used in real estate
- Experience in an environment of integrating accounting departments resulting from acquisitions
- Strong and decisive leader
- Outwardly confident with great credentials in order to establish credibility with the existing team
- Track record of good decisions
