POSITION: Graphic Vinyl Production, Screen Printer & Digital Printer
RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibilities include producing and applying vinyl graphics (3M, Oracal, or Avery) to a variety of sign types, including DOT, regulatory, and custom; screen printing; and producing digital prints using a Mimaki printer. Additional duties may include producing ADA and other interior/exterior signs, using photopolymer, acrylic, vinyls, laminates, aluminum, and other materials. Ideal teammate will focus on safety, quality, and productivity, while producing a wide range of interior and exterior signs.
QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of vinyl graphics and/or screen printing experience required, plus a High School diploma or GED. Experience with DOT signage and digital printing would be a plus. Teammate must have a desire to contribute to the overall success of the company and to improving all key performance metrics. Selected candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

POSITION: Interior / Exterior Sign Production Designer
RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibilities include designing and creating production drawings for interior & exterior signs, including directional and wayfinding, channel letter, electrical, traffic, post & panel signs, and more. Designer must translate conceptual designs and customer specifications into production designs for manufacturing, incorporating best practices and engineering concepts. Ideal teammate will focus on safety, quality, and productivity, while designing a wide range of interior and exterior signs.
QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of interior and exterior sign design experience required, plus a High School diploma or GED. Experience with Flexi-Sign, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCad, or other design software is required. Candidate will be expected to demonstrate proficiency with design software. Teammate must have a desire to contribute to the overall success of the company and to improving all key performance metrics. Selected candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
