The Internet Marketing Manager will write or oversee all B2B and C2C content including web copy, social media content, email content, print collateral and media releases. Strong writing and editing skills are essential. This individual will manage responsively designed email marketing campaigns for both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences. Experience using SilverPop is preferred. The Internet Marketing Manager will develop strategy for the company’s many social media accounts and blogs and engage in content creation, social customer service and analytics. This position will support the company’s Net Promoter System program by sending customer surveys via email and analyzing survey results. This individual must be able to work on a team in a fast-paced and changing environment. The Internet Marketing Manager will work alongside the Program Development Manager and report directly to the Chief Information Officer.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong command of the English language and AP Style
- Experience with SilverPop or a similar Email Service Provider preferred
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and design to be able to create responsively designed emails; previous experience with email marketing a plus
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience leveraging social media for a business or organization
- Understanding of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+ and LinkedIn
- Experience writing for blogs and using WordPress is a plus
- Experience with customer surveys, the Net Promoter System or the Customer Count Feedback Management System is a plus
- Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
