Alexander’s Property Maintenance is a complete-service property maintenance landscaping company, located in Largo and Tampa, FL. We are looking for irrigation techs to handle monthly service checks, and maintenance and repairs, on large and small properties.Responsibilities and Duties
- Must be able to drive company work truck – clean driving record REQUIRED
- Perform monthly inspections
- Replace sprinkler heads and nozzles
- Program timers
- Pump and well experience a plus! $$$
- Knowledge of large and small irrigation systems and how to repair in a timely manner
Preferred, but willing to train:
- Knowledge of large and small systems
- Valve replacements
- Two wire
- Trouble shooting
- Wire tracking, must have heavy tracking experience
Specific Requirements:
- 3 years experience in irrigation, is required
- Good organizational skills, with ability to prioritize
- Strong communication skills, knowledge of Spanish a plus!
- Team work is essential, but must be able to work alone
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Must be 21 years or older, reliable and have the ability to work safely
