Oversee and direct operations within Honeywell Aerospace and be part of overseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chain projects.

Lead an organization of project leaders who support the manufacturing Honeywell’s world class innovative products at one of Honeywell Aerospace’s largest sites. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders. You will leverage your extensive manufacturing experience and leadership skills to lead multiple value streams, communicate with internal and external customers, and drive process improvements that reduce cost, and past due orders. You will use your advanced leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, and exceptional quality.  Through your leadership and organizational influence, you will develop strategy, hold teams accountable and drive continuous improvement. As a senior leader, you will coach your team in leadership and behavioral competencies to deliver high impact business results.

Key Responsibilities

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years people management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in supply chain or related profession in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements.

WE VALUE

  • APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification
  • Lean Expert or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/coaching others.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record leading teams to successful product delivery.
  • Ability to make sound and timely judgments in ambiguous environment.
  • Independent work initiative, diplomacy and professional demeanor
  • SAP experience strongly preferred.
