NTC is looking for a Project Manager to join our I.T. Information Governance Team! The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter with an information security and compliance project management background who can manage multiple projects at one time.
The Project Manager will be primarily responsible for all remediation efforts as identified by cyber security teams, client or internal assessment findings, the VP of Information Security or VP of Information Governance. This may span across IT operations, development, and executive divisions.
This is a full-time, salary position Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Once employees are out of their initial training period, we offer a flexible schedule, which allows you to arrive any time between 7:00am and 9:00am, and leave between 3:30pm and 5:30pm.
Duties of a Project Manager include but are not limited to the following:
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Identify process improvements to continually evolve the area
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process flows as related to projects
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, identifying and involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Follow change control procedures to manage change to project scope, schedule, and costs
Track project performance and manage project short and long term goals
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
Report and escalate project issues as necessary
Perform risk management as related to projects
Create and maintain executive summaries for projects
Interface directly with other project management areas to streamline cross-functional activities
Additional Skills and Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to manage several projects at once
Experience in IT Infrastructure and Project Management
Ability to direct the work of others to develop, test, install, and modify programs
