Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth IT operations within our clients’ organizations.
Duties:
– Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking-related issues
– Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
– Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate as needed
– Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
– Collaborate with the IT team to improve overall system efficiency
-Customer On site support / Travel / Hybrid work environment / Extended hours during on-call rotation
Skills:
– Proficiency in computer networking, computer management, and technical support
Help desk / Customer service background
-Basic networking knowledge and diagrams
-Intellectual communication skills to complex network environments
-Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues
-Team Player in High stress environments
-Self-motivation – Willingness to learn complicated systems & improve individual skills
-Work with multiple clients with differing applications / Workflows / Processes
-Manage multiple client support tickets and calls simultaneously
-After hours support for bicoastal customers (on-call rotation)
– Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with users
– Prior experience in IT support is a must
-CompTIA A+ certified a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,500.00 – $58,500.00 per year
