Hydraulic Technician 2nd Shift – R1154430
Perform hydraulic mechanical tasks including assembly and testing on valves and assemblies by interpreting blueprints and job sheets. Proof test by placing valves in block and re-testing. Work with solvents, oils, and other chemicals. Troubleshoot problems during assembly and test.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED). Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a position demonstrating mechanical aptitude. Prior experience in manufacturing and assembly related industry is an asset. Working knowledge and prior experience using hand tools and gages (torque wrenches, calipers). Familiarity with hydraulic / pneumatic principles and related hardware (flow testing, cracking and resetting of valves) is an asset. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, job sheets, and written work instructions.
Sheet Metal Fabricator (Cores) 1st Shift – R1151633
Produce all components and custom fabrications from raw sheet metal using industry standard equipment such as punch presses, brake machines, shears, and deburring / grinding wheels.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED). Up to 2 years of experience working within an airframe assembly environment. Ability to perform the following: drilling, reaming, installing fasteners, and assembling metal parts. Basic math skills including geometry and trigonometry. Understand and use measuring equipment such as calipers and height gage.
CMM Programmer (Quality) Day Shift – R1154494
Develop CMM programs for all new products or for current products with design changes. Comprehend and interpret blueprints and update computer-generated CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Program(s) and job package(s) using Wenzel CMM’s and OpenDMIS software, and Catia models.
Requirements: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED). Minimum of ten (10) years of experience operating a CMM. Minimum of five (5) years of experience programming a CMM. Experience with Wenzel CMM’s and OpenDMIS software preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of inspection experience in Aerospace or Defense Industries (or similar). Responsible for providing assistance to all technicians in all major areas of testing. Perform all qualification testing of military and civilian programs. Ability to run testing in the following areas: Air, Liquid Filter, and Manifold test areas.
Review job order, relevant (SDS) (Safety Data Sheet.) and fully understand requirements in accordance with laboratory SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Assure all calculations (utilizing basic mathematics and statistics) are performed correctly.
