About the Job
Responsibilities include:
– Preparing leases with tenants
– Evicting tenants when necessary
– Working with contractors to make sure all home repairs are done according to plan
– Manage the rental properties, showings, maintenance, coordinate and inspect projects and create reports, deliver notices, etc.Working hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Skills:
– Must have property management experience, residential a plus
– Bilingual a plus
– Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
– Must be able to multi-task
– $25k-$35K plus bonus
– Permanent position
– M-F 8am-5pm
