TITLE AND ABSTRACT AGENCY OF AMERICA, INC. is an attorney owned and affiliated full-service title agency seeking a Junior Escrow Officer for its expanding statewide office network. We offer a compensation package that includes a generous base salary, commissions and an industry-leading benefits package. Successful candidates must be customer service oriented and have strong product knowledge and presentation skills. Currently, we are accepting resumes for the Tampa, Clearwater, and the entire Tampa Bay area.
Job Duties and responsibilities include:
- Responsible for establishing new escrow files and process escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Problem solver, using your industry knowledge to identify potential issues; recognizing what’s wrong, knowing how to fix it and avoiding unnecessary delays.
- Constant learner, staying on top of changing rules and regulations to avoid setbacks and enable transactions to close on time.
- Working closely with clients, lenders, realtors, internal staff, and other parties to ensure a timely closing transaction.
Job Qualifications include:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior closing experience preferred
- Ramquest knowledge preferred
- Real Estate Experience welcome
