We are interested in expanding our capacity to provide mortgage loans to home buyers, and we are looking for a Junior Loan Processor to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for accurately managing residential real estate loan documentation through our established systems, and reviewing it to ensure it is completed in full and complies with current banking regulations and policies. Loan Processor responsibilities and duties:
Open loans including ordering title, tax transcripts, appraisals
Collect all required documentation for the loan package
Create a loan submission package for the Underwriting department
Communicate with other professionals, including attorneys, county clerks and title companies
Loan Processor qualifications and skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication skills
In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends

Salary: $32,000.00 to $35,000.00 /year
