We are currently seeking a full time Junior Portfolio Community Association Manager (CAM) for the Tampa Division. Our Portfolio CAMs manage a maximum of (5) five communities and are responsible for managing all aspects of the relationship with the client, homeowners and our corporate office. This position will provide the essential training needed to be a successful Community Association Manager. During the first few months, you will be shadowing the Community Association Manager in the Tampa/Clearwater area in preparation for the candidate to take on their own portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

· Work closely with the Board of Directors and/or the Developer to operate the communities in accordance with the Management Agreement and Florida Statutes.

· Manage and oversee a portfolio of community associations. (Maximum of 5)

· Perform required property/equipment inspections to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

· Attend community meetings to represent the management company and prepare minutes.

· Establish and maintain all contracts such as landscaping and building services.

· Enforcement of Community Association restrictions and rules.

· Approve payment to all vendors, projected expenses outlined by the budget.

· Handle owner inquiries relative to all matters pertaining to the association.

· Coordinate financial data with HOA accounting department.

· Prepare annual budgets, understand and explain financial statements to the Board of Directors.

Requirements:

· Current Community Association Management (CAM) license issued by the State of Florida.

· MUST have minimum of one to two years of experience working with Homeowner Associations.

· Microsoft Office Knowledge (word, excel, power point, outlook), Office 365 a plus.

· Organizational and time management skills.

· Must work well under pressure with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Resort property experience preferred.

· Experience working with a Developer Controlled Association a plus.
