RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Saint Petersburg, Florida (FL) that is seeking a Junior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial shopping centers. This position is a stepping stone to a Property Manager role.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of shopping center property management
  • Experience with third-party property management is strongly preferred
