POSITION OBJECTIVE

Support the LAC Office operations by giving administrative support to the LAC Administrator and to the LAC Committee members, if needed. Greet and assist Owners, Resort Departments, Condo Association and Vendors, answer incoming calls to LAC Office and handle day to day operational responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence and reports, filing, and answering phones. Maintain and upkeep various filing systems.
  • Receive owners and guests. Answer questions and concerns; follow through either to resolution or refer to appropriate personnel.
  • Assure all incoming and outgoing correspondence is typed, received, mailed and/or filed as required.
  • Assist Administrator in scheduling appointments, meetings and daily responsibilities.
  • Maintain a professional working environment and attitude.
  • Maintain and upkeep all office equipment.

 

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the particular requirements of the resort:

  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Travel to various operating departments within the resort.
  • Organize and maintain filing system.
