Job Summary
The Development Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a strong background in project management, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in industry-standard software. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties
- Lead and manage multiple development projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as and to track progress and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to create and review schematics and construction estimates.
- Utilize for document management, markups, and collaboration with team members.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project status, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status for stakeholders, highlighting milestones achieved and any potential risks.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as , ProCore, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and techniques.
- Experience with Bluebeam for document control and collaboration is preferred.
- Knowledge of schematics related to construction projects is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.

Pay: $125,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
