LANDLORD LIAISON
ASSISTED HOSUING
REGULAR/ FULL-TIME
Reports To: SUPERVISOR, ASSSISTED HOSUING
FLSA Status: NON-EXEMPT
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The purpose of this position is to recruit and maintain landlords to provide housing to clients. Educate landlords on the proper procedure of working within the established guidelines of HUD and the THA.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Requires an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field. Requires four (4) years of experience in customer service, bookkeeping, public housing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION: Valid Florida Driver’s License, Insurable under the agency’s insurance policy.
SALARY RANGE: $34,655.00
Successful applicant will be required to pass a drug screening test for illegal drugs and background screening prior to assuming duties for this position.
