Launch Team Member

Homee is the premier on-demand home servicing technology application in the US and we are looking to add our Launch Team Member to our Tampa, Florida market. The main responsibilities for the Launch Team Manager include creating awareness within the Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Handyman community to be part of our on-demand home servicing network that will provide services to and disrupt a $500 Billion market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet with local Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Handyman contractors, create excitement and convey value proposition of the Homee app as a way to grow their business, revenues, and improve work-life balance.
  • Meet with local property managers, real estate owners, real estate brokers, create excitement and convey value proposition of Homee for their clients.
  • Initiate creative provider marketing strategies and user acquisition/retention campaigns (Provider referral programs, etc.)
  • Represent and ensure the Homee brand is represented at local events and build relationships with existing professionals for ongoing training and support.
  • Be proactive with developing and sharing best practices with other new markets as they develop.
  • Responsible for driving provider sign-ups, usage, and training for new market territories and being a point of contact for ongoing training

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of marketing sales and/or Property Management experience.
  • Ability to lead local provider sign-up efforts.
  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking.
  • Creative thinking and the capacity to identify locally relevant marketing opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial DNA and strong local networking ability.
  • Team player, self-motivated, efficient, intellectually curious, flexible, and reliable.
  • Easily adapts to rapidly changing environment and demand.
