We are looking for a multi-tasking office assistant for a growing law firm specializing in real estate matters. Must possess very strong organizational and interpersonal skills, be highly detail oriented, and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, with great phone etiquette and manage workload with a great attitude and minimal supervision and work well on a team. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
· Answer high-volume phones, reply to calls and emails and handle based on attorney preferences & procedures
· Complete intake forms for all new clients including completing conflict checks & requesting documents from new clients
· Greet workplace visitors and attend to them during their stay
· Coordinate appointments and manage multiple attorney calendars
· Office organization by performing scanning, filing and maintaining files
· Schedule hearings, depositions and mediations
· Book meetings, seminars, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years’ experience; Law firm experience a plus
Excellent written and oral communication
Strong customer service skills
Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent computer typing skills
Thorough working knowledge of MS word & Excel
