Griggs Group – Keller Williams South Shore is seeking a Lead Administrative Assistant to assist our growing Real Estate Team! The Lead Admin is an energetic, optimistic, motivated, team player that is productivity-driven, wants to help people, and enjoys a set schedule.   • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
  • Help set up and oversee new listing contracts until an offer is accepted
  • Market real estate listings through print and social media
  • Manage and update the operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
  • Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
  • Responsible for coordinating and holding accountable all additional administrative team members

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $31,200.00 to $39,200.00 /year

Experience:

  • Customer Database/CRM: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)
