Our fast growing real estate investment firm is seeking a Lead Intake Specialist with outstanding phone skills. This is a work from home position, so you need to be an organized, motivated, and independent professional. Previous real estate experience is not necessary. Previous experience in customer service for incoming and outgoing calls is a REQUIRED. This job requires a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, ability to project a positive attitude over the phone and a knack for getting people to feel comfortable talking to you. We are also looking for people who are self starters, can take direction, and have a desire to be the best they can be.

This position will involve inbound calls from (and outbound calls) to homeowners in the Tampa Bay Area (primarily in Pasco and Pinellas Counties), who have received one of our marketing pieces about purchasing their home. It is up to you as the Lead Intake Specialist to manage those calls and create an instant rapport while gathering basic information about their property. In addition to gathering basic information, as the Lead Intake Specialist, you will attempt to gauge how motivated they are to sell their house by analyzing their tone, attitude, and willingness to share information. Finally the Lead Intake Specialist primary goal is to set appointments for our House Buying Specialists to meet with the seller. All information gathered during the call will then be entered into our CRM (database) system by the Lead Intake Specialist.

Compensation: $400-$500/week (plus bonuses for performance)

Work from home. No commute.

TRAINING will be in Palm Harbor for 2 weeks to 1 month. After initial training, you will be required to meet 1-2x per week in Palm Harbor for ongoing weekly meetings and trainings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage inbound/outbound calls (90% of all incoming calls MUST be answered LIVE)

2. Returned any missed calls with 5 minutes

3. Gather information from callers about their property (scripts provided)

4. Create rapport with callers and gauge motivation to sell

5. Set appointment for House Buying Specialists

6. Enter all information gathered from caller into company CRM (database)

7. Continue to follow up and nurture old leads from our CRM

8. Must be a self starter/motivated, team player, and doesn’t get discouraged with “No’s” from sellers

Requirements:

– Motivated individuals who like to deal with people on the phone.

– You will be on the phone for up to 6 hours per day.

– Can work from home productively w/o distractions (all calls recorded; work productivity tracked).

– Must be able to speak well on the phone and build excellent rapport with all personalities.

– Learn quickly and take constructive criticism

– Must have own computer and fast internet connection

– Able to enter data into computer based CRM system

– Knowledge of the Tampa Bay Area
