Spencer Ogden are currently recruiting for a Leading Superintendent to join an established Real Estate Developer that act as the General Contractor for their own projects (in-house construction), to oversee all aspects of construction for a ground up multifamily wood frame apartment complex project in Tampa, FL.
All future projects will be in Florida.
Requirements:
– MUST HAVE WOOD FRAME CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
– 5+ years of proven experience as a Leading Superintendent
– Multi-unit and/or commercial building projects
-Ability to read blueprints
– Proficiency with MS Office and email
