LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Pay: Salary $43-$48K (Depending on experience)
  • Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 7:30am- 4:00pm or 8am-4:30pm (NO WEEKENDS AND PAID HOLIDAYS OFF!).

OVERVIEW:
Chadwell Supply is a successful family owned maintenance supply company with 15 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Learning and Development Administrative Assistant. They will oversee and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS). Key responsibilities include technical system maintenance, user support and troubleshooting, and collaboration with users and the platform provider to meet the needs of our expanding training programs.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Employee must be a minimum of 21 years of age;
  • Employee must have at least 1 to 2 years previous administration experience, preferably in the learning/training field and/or with a Learning Management System (LMS);
  • Have excellent time management, relationship-building and multitasking skills;
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Have the ability to teach and train individuals in a variety of topics;
  • Be technologically savvy to leverage the educational and training programs with the benefits of technology; and
  • Be able to work with employees at all levels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in delivering face-to-face and live Virtual Instructor Led (VILT) training across Chadwell Supply’s footprint;
  • Provide proactive and thorough support for LMS users by troubleshooting system and user account problems, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing issues by impact, and communicating with end users;
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and records;
  • Act as a facilitator to ensure the LMS is set up according to teams/departments’ breakdown;
  • Support & train team administrators enabling them to expand and manage their training offerings;
  • Administers technical support calls and emails;
  • Maintains and develops relationships with all employees within the organization;
  • LMS administration tasks particular to the system requirements of the vendor;
  • Tests and QA to ensure all online products and services are aligned with the required standards;
  • Log’s performance issues and change requests;
  • Creates and maintains LMS user accounts;
  • Maintain class records in LMS, including class registrations, attendance, metrics, and evaluations;
  • Research trends and improvements in learning technology and provide guidance to leverage new features and resources;
  • Manage end-to-end in-person and eLearning education and training initiatives;
  • Reports on usage, statistics, and general product analysis;
  • Creates online assessments; and
  • Creates and monitors online surveys/feedback forms.
