We are conducting an exclusive search for a leasing administrator for a leading commercial real estate client located in Tampa with over $2B in assets throughout the nation. Our client manages commercial properties while also focusing on equity development, strategic consulting and institutional investment management.
As the Leasing Administrator, you’ll oversee proper accounting and payment of Rent, CAM, Real Estate Taxes, and any other additional rental charges. You’ll be responsible for rent collection , preparation of percentage rent calculators and CPI escalations and review of CAM, assist with weekly Aging Receivable reports for management, handle inquiries from Property Management and Asset Management, Participate in special projects as requested by management
The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field and 1-3 years of commercial Lease Administration experience. In addition, the lease administrator will have excellent computer skills (Excel and Word).
