Our client is currently seeking a Lease Administrator **This position is contract-to-hire depending on their performance and attendance.** This job will have the following responsibilities: Review and interpret corporate lease agreements, between client and the building management companies, for accuracy and completeness Electronically transfer lease agreements into real estate management software Maintains file systems, including the data integrity of information contained in the lease management database system to track all Tenant and Lease related data Maintains and updates critical dates and lease clause issues Researches lease related issues and assist with special projects Assists with the preparation of various lease.
