Job Description:
- Present Input lease abstracts
- Process, manually and electronic lease payment forms on following information base rent, CPI adjustments, taxes, and miscellaneous bills
- Sets up and maintain pass through worksheets for Common Area Maintenance and Real Estate Taxes
- Prepares and process bill adjustments
- Complete desktop audits after receipt of annual reconciliation statements
- Secure COIs requirements
- Prepare Annual budgets & current year analysis
- Provide reconciliation reports between lease budgets and clients mthly accounting reports.
- Point of contact for landlord/tenant issues
- Critical Date Reporting /Distribution for lease expirations and timely notify client.
- Data validate information received on SNDA and Estoppels request.
- Assist with annual budget preparation.
- Value Add Tracking and Quality review of Expense reconciliation.
- Collect rent payment, and communicate to subtenants about delinquent accounts.
- Generate invoices for subtenant bill backs
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial real estate experience with emphasis in lease/portfolio administration
- MUST HAVE experience abstracting a lease, compliance analysis and reconciliation of annual operating expense statements and rent processing
- Strong MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Experienced with real estate specific systems (Yardi, MRI, etc.)
- Accounting knowledge/experience (AP required)
- Experience interfacing with clients regularly
